Lincoln Square Tour
The August 23, 2005 Luncheon and Lincoln Square Hard Hat Tour was quite a
success! The event had a turnout of 43 members and interested persons.
Thanks to Z'Tejas for providing an exceptional meal!
Thanks also to Kemper Develop ment for sharing the Lincoln Square
development story and upcoming marketing plan during its launch, which happens
to fall right in the holiday shopping season; perfect timing!
This amazing project encompasses a 1.2 million square foot mixed-use
space including: 310,000sf of retail space with a 27-story office tower
at one end and the 42
floor 'Lincoln Tower One' at the other (made up of
the 300+ room Westin Hotel topped by 140 condos, all of which are sold
out).

Membership Update
NSCA continues to grow with SEVEN new paid members in August!
This brings our membership to 85 - 56 paid and 29 pending !
The excitement is being fueled by 4 Active Committee members contacting
prospective individuals that may benefit from membership in NSCA. This
group is targeting by Shopping Center and job description. January 2006
will kick off an actual Membership Drive (Stay tuned for details!)
