Wal-Mart to Expand
Near SuperMall

Wal-Mart gained approval from the City of Auburn to build a 200,000
square-foot store just north of SuperMall.  Construction is expected to
start by the end of March 2006 with the new store opening in early 2007.
Glimcher Realty Trust, owner of SuperMall, has the option to purchase and develop the existing Wal-Mart site and is considering an open-air center
as one possibility for the redevelopment.
